Time Capturing Specialists enjoy working with a diverse group of people to help manage their everyday lives and special requests. They love cultivating relationships, staying busy, and striving to get the best results for our members. No two days are identical! TCSs must have the ability to communicate effectively and be proactive.

Time Capturing Runners are our out-and-about team members. Like our TCSs, they like to stay busy, strive for the best, and have the ability to communicate effectively and be proactive. They have a working knowledge of Las Vegas streets (and surrounding areas) and little-known routes so members are assured quick and accurate on-site service.

Time Capturing Field Experts have specialized industry knowledge and apply it to the requests of our members. They work with our TCSs to follow-through with complex requests, such as buying a home or car, renovating or organizing a space, and special travel or event planning. If you have specialized experience and knowledge in a specific industry, we are interested in hearing from you.


requirements
All applicants are required to meet or exceed these basic requirements:

*2+ years relevent, solid experience in personal assistance, administrative assistance, hospitality/concierge, or customer service
*Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, primarily Word and Excel
*Superior attention to detail and accuracy
*Superior written and oral communications skills
*Ability to identify, prioritize and focus on critical tasks
*Advanced experience with the internet, email, and internet research
*Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and consistently
*Capable of managing time and completing tasks in a timely manner
*Ability to catch on quickly
*Reliable and responsible
