The only time we may have to share is if you manage to get in trouble with the law and we are subpoenaed for your information. That hasn't happened yet, but there's always a first time!

TimeNetrix members may control their email and address information, via their account settings and profile.

We do not knowingly solicit or obtain individually identifying information from children under the age of 13 without prior consent from a parent or guardian who is an existing TimeNetrix member. Children may submit requests to their TCS when they are a registered and confirmed member as part of a membership purchased by an older household member.

The servers used by TimeNetrix are located in the United States of America and are protected by multiple physical firewalls and data back-up and recovery systems.
Third parties and your personal information
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for such parties' own marketing purposes.
